The amount of time estimated to transition the Outpatient Gambling Treatment Services Providers to another process is taking longer than anticipated. The new Grant Agreement has been approved; however, treatment providers need to apply and be approved by OGC and AG. Majority of Grant Agreements are at Office of General Counsel/Attorney General. However, we were unable to meet the Purchasing and Encumbrance Deadlines for Fiscal Year 2017-2018. Earmarked funds-Grant Agreements needed to be submitted to Comptroller by 5/16/18.

Justification for Extension:
|
DDAP is currently working to approve treatment provider applications as they are submitted. Each application requires OGC and AG approval. While majority of Gambling Grant Agreements have been submitted to OGC/AG, this process is unable to be completed prior 5/16/18 deadline to comptroller. An extension is necessary to complete the process.
